 Logistics 

  • ($.625) Standard government rate per mile round trip
  • Travel that requires an overnight stay will include a hotel fee
  • All packages include setup and breakdown of equipment before and after the session.
  • Additional idle time or setup fees may be charged for hot swapping an event, difficult locations caused by venue location or design (i.e., stairs, extended distances from vehicle, etc.) or early setup
